Embracing the Power of Morning Rituals My mornings used to be hurried and anxious, but that changed when I started protecting my first 15 minutes after waking up. Instead of reaching for my phone, I sit by a window and focus on my breath. Sometimes I listen to gentle music or watch the sunrise. That calm beginning shapes my mood for the entire day. 2. Decluttering My Space, Decluttering My Mind I realized that my surroundings affected how I felt inside. Now, I spend ten minutes each day tidying one area—whether it’s my desk, bed, or even my phone’s home screen. Reducing physical clutter makes it easier to think clearly, prioritize my work, and feel more at peace with myself. 3.
